On behalf of everyone at FragrantBodyOilz, our hearts go out to those impacted by COVID-19—those diagnosed with the virus, their friends and family, those whose jobs, schools have been disrupted, and so many more. As we continue to adapt to new guidelines, their are procedures that we have put in place to keep our high level of service, while also staying safe.

- We can not change any orders once placed, this will keep us schedule and decrease the amount of mistakes made

- We will not be answering phone calls but will return calls within 24 hours. Our staff is all hands on at the moment to support each other with our unexpected increased order volume.

- Shipping times vary, so please expect 3-5 days before you receive a tracking number, if possible avoid emailing us checking on expected delivery dates. The more time we spend fulfilling orders the faster we can get your orders to you. You will get tracking to your email / cell phone (The method you chose), as soon as it is complete. 

-If we are out of stock of any fragrance, or product we will email, or call you. If we are not able to get in contact with you we will cancel the order and refund that particular product. 

- There will be NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES, under no circumstance. If we make a mistake a mistake we will of course fix the mistake. 

-Please purchase samples of any fragrance you would like to try before making a larger purchase. Test fragrances on your skin to make sure you are not allergic to any compounds used in any fragrances.
