🕒 Processing Times

We handcraft every order fresh—please allow time for love and quality:

  • Retail Orders: 2–4 business days to process

  • Wholesale Orders: 5–6 business days to process

Need something quick? Choose expedited shipping at checkout and we’ll do our best to prioritize.


🚚 Shipping Speeds & Rates

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

  • Free Shipping: Available for U.S. retail orders $80+

  • Flat Rate Wholesale Shipping (U.S.): $10

  • International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍 (rates vary by location)


📦 Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Here’s what to expect:

🔹 Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Once we drop your package off with USPS or UPS, there's a short window before it officially shows movement in their system. This is totally normal!

  • Most packages take 24–72 hours to get their first scan.

  • Until then, tracking may show: “Label Created” or “Awaiting Item.”

  • Orders shipped Saturday evening might not scan until Monday or Tuesday depending on the carrier.

🔹 When will I get my order?

  • After it's scanned in, U.S. orders typically arrive in 1–4 business days.

  • East Coast is often fastest (1–2 days); West Coast or rural areas may take closer to 3–4 days.

🔹 Still no movement after 4+ business days?

Don’t worry — email us at support@fragrantbodyoilz.com and we’ll help investigate.

Pro Tip: Keep an eye on your inbox for real-time shipping updates — we send emails when your package is shipped, in transit, and delivered.


🔐 Package Protection

We recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout. This helps cover:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Damage in transit

If something happens and your package was insured, we’ll help file a claim and get your replacement moving.


📬 Address Issues or Returns to Sender

If your shipping address is incomplete or incorrect (like a missing apartment number), it may be delayed or returned to us. If returned:

  • We’ll notify you once we receive it

  • You’ll receive an invoice for reshipping

  • Re-delivery costs are not covered by FBO
